In the life of the Archaeologist

So.....my tasks today lead me to go through hundreds of boxes that have been sitting in water for a matter of weeks. Not only has the daub (clay building material) reverted back to clay and has to be dried, but I am sifting through multiple colors of mold. Does anyone know any stats on mold and mildew? Should I be worried that I will soon be harboring a mutant type of pre-historic mold from all the wet artifacts? Always an interesting day in the life an archaeologist.
